Walker is due for a bounce-back season in 2019, right? He got hurt in Week 1 of last season and missed the rest of the year. But because he had four straight seasons with at least 800 yards receiving out of the tight end position, he’s bound to pick up where he left off, right? He’ll just go right back to being one of the most reliable tight ends in the league.

Unfortunately, that’s not how it works when you’re 35 and have over a dozen seasons in the NFL under your belt. Walker is no longer a safe pick at tight end, nor is he a wise pick. There’s every chance that Walker’s age will start to show this season and that his serious ankle injury will be too much to overcome.
