Brooke Shields earned her first acting gig when she was just 12, controversially playing a child prostitute in New Orleans in the film Pretty Baby. Through the 1980s, Shields became a famous model in addition to her acting roles in films like The Blue Lagoon and Endless Love.

Brooke Shields spent much of her career in the 1990s and 2000s on television, first in the sitcoms Suddenly Susan and Lipstick Jungle. Recently she’s played a recurring role in Law & Order SVU and since 2014 has voiced the character Beverly Goodman on the animated show Mr. Pickles and its spinoff Momma Named Me Sherriff.
