Okay, so Jackson is an elite athlete who can be a nightmare for opposing defenses when he gets out of the pocket. But NFL offenses can’t have sustained success over 16 games if the quarterback can’t sit in the pocket and make throws. Jackson didn’t prove he could do that the second half of last season, and so it remains a big concern for Baltimore heading into 2019.

The Ravens figure to be one of the better rushing teams in the league this season, and that’ll be enough to win some games. But until Jackson proves himself as a competent passer, the team’s ceiling is limited.
