Personnel-wise, the Cowboys have a lot of good pieces in place after going 10-6 and winning the NFC East last year. But head coach Jason Garrett has long been a concern, and this year is no different. After all, there are reasons why he’s always on the hot seat and why he’s never taken Dallas to the playoffs in back-to-back seasons, which is the goal for 2019.

In addition to Garrett, this will be the first time new offensive coordinator Kellen Moore will be calling plays. This is just Moore’s second year on a coaching staff since retiring, and the Dallas offense isn’t one that can afford to go through growing pains.
