Buffalo Bills: Jim Kelly, Andre Reed

There were a lot of reasons why the Bills reached four straight Super Bowls in the 90’s, and the Kelly-Reed combination was one of the biggest. It’s hard to think about these two without remembering running back Thurman Thomas and some of the other greats of that era. But there’s little doubt that these two make up the best quarterback and wide receiver tandem in team history.

Despite being a Hall of Famer, Reed is perhaps the most overlooked wide receiver of his generation. He was actually in Buffalo before Kelly arrived and was still there for a few years after Kelly retired. But during Kelly’s 11 seasons with the Bills, Reed was always the top target and arguably the most consistent member of the Buffalo offense during those years.
