It’s a little unfair to single out Marvin Harrison and not mention Reggie Wayne. In fact, on the all-time list of great quarterback and wide receiver duos, Manning and Wayne are not far from the top. That being said, one could argue that Manning and Harrison are the best of all time.

Harrison was short on flash but high on substance, making him distinct from most modern wide receivers. That also made him the perfect match for the cerebral Manning, who could always trust Harrison to be exactly where he wanted them to be. The two had an incredible connection with one another, and it’s why they were a borderline unstoppable tandem for many years.
