Antonio Brown Finishes With His Lowest Receiving Yards In 5 Years
Based on the early going of the 2018 season, Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown is on pace to finish with less than 1275 yards receiving, which would be his 4th lowest total since entering the league. He’s averaging less than 11 yards per catch, his lowest output since his rookie season. Despite the fact that he’s continuing to see targets going in his direction, quarterback Ben Roethlisberger’s inconsistent play, and the lack of creativity on Pittsburgh’s offense, is really starting to take effect.
It wouldn’t be surprising at all to not only see otherwise above-average wide receivers like Jarvis Landry or Stefon Diggs finish ahead of him in receiving yards, or maybe even non-wide receivers like Alvin Kamara, Christian McCaffrey, or Zach Ertz.
