If there was one phrase you could use to describe former Philadelphia Eagles’ wide receiver Freddie Mitchell, it could’ve very well been “all mouth, no hands.” After making a late rise in the weeks leading up to the 2001 NFL Draft thanks to stellar workout numbers, the Eagles used the 25th overall pick in said draft to take Mitchell. Their return on investment? Four years of under 500 yards receiving and no more than two touchdown receptions.

To make matters worse, Mitchell ran his mouth non-stop against opponents, drawing the ire of both the teams he played against, as well as his teammates.
