Rajon Rondo was one of the best point guards of his generation, but his attitude kept him from being one of the greats. When things are going the way he wants them to, he just quits. The biggest example of that is during a playoff game against the Rockets.

His time in Dallas may have ended with him quitting midway through that infamous playoff game, but throughout that regular season, he would ignore directions from coaches. The Mavs mortgaged their future to get him and he just quit. His reputation would never be the same after that.
