In his final season at Ohio State Gholston broke the university’s single season sack record with 13 and was named an All-American. Despite that, more than a handful of NFL Draft analysts wondered, aloud, whether Vernon Gholston was more of a “workout warrior” then bona fide stud prospect.

The Jets drafted Gholston 6th overall to be a pass rushing force, but in three seasons in the NFL, he didn’t record a single sack. Look at those arms! In retirement, Gholston has started a treatment company, Anew Wellness, focusing on art and horticulture therapy.
