After Teddy Bridgewater’s horrifying knee injury during the 2016 preseason, the Vikings were so desperate for a quarterback that they gave the Eagles two draft picks, including a first-round pick for Bradford. With Bradford under center, the Vikings went 8-8 that year. It wasn’t until Bradford got hurt in 2017 and was replaced by Case Keenum that the Vikings found success. Of course, the Vikings then lost to the Eagles in the NFC Championship Game. Derek Barnett, who the Eagles drafted with that extra first-round pick, had a strip sack on Keenum in that game.
