Colts Trade First-Round Pick for Trent Richardson

Richardson had a fine rookie season with the Browns, only to play in just two games the following year due to injury. Coming off that injury, the Colts still believed that Richardson was worth giving up a first-round pick, which turned out to be a bad evaluation. He ended up having two dreadful seasons in Indianapolis, struggling to earn the starting job over the likes of Donald Brown and Ahmad Bradshaw. At the end of his Colts tenure, Richardson was replaced by Dan Herron (who?) and then listed as inactive for the team’s first two playoff games before being suspended for the AFC Championship Game for missing a walk-through.
