Tyron Smith was the first offensive lineman that Jerry Jones ever drafted in the first round, when Jones took him with the 9th overall pick in 2011. He’s been a mainstay on the Cowboys line ever since, earning seven Pro Bowl trips and a place on the NFL’s 2010’s All-Decade Team.

Smith is a workout warrior too. According to fellow Cowboys lineman Travis Frederick, Smith is always tearing it up in the weight room, routinely bench pressing between 600 and 700 pounds. “He does crazy things in the weight room that I wish that I could do but I will never be able to do”, says Frederick.
