How many people know that Jason Peters split time as an offensive lineman and a tight end at the University of Arkansas? When the Buffalo Bills signed Peters as an undrafted free agent after the 2004 NFL Draft, Peters started out on special teams, but got personal tutelage from offensive line coach Jim McNally on how to be a tackle in the NFL. Peters eventually blossomed into one of the best left tackles in the game. After the Philadelphia Eagles traded a first and fourth round pick to acquire Peters from Buffalo in 2009, he made the Pro Bowl for them in six of the past eight seasons, and was named a first-team All-Pro three different times.
