12. Phil Simms (underrated)

Kids, Phil Sims isn’t just that guy whose job Tony Romo stole, he was an outstanding NFL quarterback. Simms ranks 23^rd in NFL history for career passing yards with 33,462. Simms was named to two Pro Bowl, in 1985 and 1993.

But his greatest moment as a professional came in Super Bowl XXI when he completed 22 of 25 passes and three touchdowns. He set an NFL postseason record with a 150.9 passer rating for the game and most importantly won the game.
