3. Justin Herbert (Buy)
You can’t blame rookie quarterback Justin Herbert for the fact that his Los Angeles Chargers continue to find new and inventively devastating ways to lose football games. He has easily been the brightest of bright spots for his franchise.
In a wonderful rebound game against the lowly New York Jets this past Sunday, Herbert threw for 366 yards and three touchdown passes. He is officially a “must start QB1” for the purposes of fantasy football.
3. Carson Wentz (Sell)
It’s becoming painfully obvious that the Carson Wentz era in Philadelphia looks like it won’t be lasting much longer. Insiders around the team and league sources continue to express major concerns about Wentz’s future in Philadelphia.
Wentz has thrown for less than 250 yards in four of the past five games, and had five passes intercepted over the last four games. More importantly, the offense has looked sluggish over the past two weeks with Wentz under center. He has no fantasy viability left.
2. Salvon Ahmed (Buy)
He might’ve gotten a bit nicked up in the Miami Dolphins’ loss to the Denver Broncos, but for the second-straight week, rookie running back Salvon Ahmed had at least 17 touches as the starting running back for the Dolphins.
For the second-straight week, he’s registered at least 74 yards of combined offense. And as his five catches against the Broncos proves, he has value for those who play in any PPR league formats.
2. Drew Brees (Sell)
Nobody can question the fact that Drew Brees will forever be known as one of the most prolific passers in the history of the NFL. But that doesn’t do us any good for the purposes of fantasy football in 2020.
There’s a big chance that Brees, after the litany of injuries he sustained recently, will not be back for the rest of the 2020 NFL season. In other words, there’s not a lot of reason to harbor him on your roster this year.
