Edelman finished with a paltry one catch for 13 yards in New England’s loss to San Francisco. More alarmingly, after averaging 9 targets per game in the first two weeks of the season, he had only 3 targets against the 49ers. That paints a really bleak picture for his potential usage moving forward.
