The 1987 Draft featured five future All-Stars, and three Hall of Fame players, taken among the first 11 picks. But the New Jersey Nets, selecting third overall that year, selected Dennis Hopson with the third overall pick. But Hopson wasn’t nearly the player in the NBA that he was at Ohio State University, and was no longer in the league after just five seasons.
