There’s no “affirmative” action when it comes to taste, you either like something or you don’t.

as i watched many of the women’s events this article is completely ridiculous in its attempts to perpetuate a euro-centric definition of beauty (including americans descended from Europeans). Alex Morgan one of the most beautiful female athletes???? Come on!!!

What a stupid disgusting article. This is a clear example of why this country, this world in fact, will never advance beyond the shallow. superficial facade of being a highly evolved civilization. The constant focus on physical appearances, which for the most part are artificial and/or contrived by surgical, makeup artistry or photography/CGI manipulations remains the standard by which people are judged along with their race and gender..Great attention is always paid to what race or gender a person. Most every article, comments and editorials all focus on false beauty, race or gender. What a pitiful society and world we continue to exist in. There has been little to no philosophical evolution of the minds of mankind. We’re still stuck on stupid!

What no Jennifer Abel the Canadian diver who’s got major junk in the trunk. She was a thing of beauty even though she came close to winning the bronze in the ladies springboard. Hopefully this Canadian cutey will be in Tokyo in 2020.
