A lot of NFL Draft analysts, including Mike Mayock of the NFL Network, were intrigued by wide receiver Jarvis Landry, leading up to the 2014 NFL Draft. But after recording a time of 4.61 seconds in the 40 yard dash, Landry fell down many draft boards of NFL teams, as they worried that a “smaller” receiver (Landry measured 5’11 and 205lbs) like Landry didn’t have the speed to compensate for his lack of size. But after the Dolphins selected Landry with the 63rd pick (in the 2nd round), Landry has been named to the Pro Bowl in three of the past four seasons, and led the NFL in receptions in 2017.
