In 2005, the Atlanta Falcons signed star QB Michael Vick to a 10-year deal worth $130 million — the richest contract in NFL history. However, in 2007, when Vick plead guilty to criminal charges related to a dog fighting, he lost it all. In addition, Vick had to reimburse the Falcons for $20 million of his $37 million signing bonus. In 2008, after losing his NFL contract and all of his million dollar endorsement deals, Vick was forced to file for bankruptcy. The $0.12 an hour he earned mopping floors in prison wasn’t enough to pay the bills. Vick now appears on Fox Sports as a studio analyst. Thankfully, for Vick, that’s definitely a six-figure job.
