There were a lot of people who were adamant that Brandon Weeden was a product of a quarterback-friendly system at Oklahoma State University, and already being in his mid-20’s when he entered the NFL — after a stint playing baseball — he didn’t have any real upside. Of course, the Cleveland Browns decided to ignore all of that, and took Weeden with the 22nd overall pick in the 2012 NFL Draft.

And in no surprise to anyone, after just two seasons with the team — in which he threw 26 interceptions in 23 games — the Browns released Weeden.
