James Harrison, New England Patriots

James Harrison is exactly the type of player you’d associate with the defense of the Pittsburgh Steelers. He didn’t have the “football attributes” that NFL teams look for, which led to him going undrafted after leaving Kent State University in 2002. What NFL teams failed to realize, though, is that Harrison might be one of the strongest human beings on the face of the planet. His workouts, which he records and shares on social media, are the stuff of legend: ip thrusts with 675lb weights across his weight, overhead presses with 130lb dumbbells AND resistance straps on each hand, leg presses with 1,120 lbs worth of weight piled on, and multiple reps of over 400lbs on the bench press.
