Alongside future NBA players like Stacey Augmon, Greg Anthony, and Larry Johnson (“Grandmama” himself), Anderson Hunt was a member of the UNLV Runnin’ Rebels team that smashed the Duke University Blue Devils in the 1990 NCAA Championship Game, by a 103-73 score. But one year later, the Las Vegas Review Journal published photos of Hunt with sports fixer Richard Perry, which eventually led to the school firing head coach Jerry Tarkanian. Hunt went undrafted in the 1991 NBA Draft, and played pro basketball overseas in Turkey, Poland, and France. He currently works with youth basketball programs sponsored by a company known as “4POINT4 Sports.”
