One of the great three-point marksmen, Predrag “Peja” Stojaković retired from the NBA in 2011 due to ongoing back and neck problems. But after Vivek Ranadive became the majority owner of the Sacramento Kings, as part of his efforts to connect the team to the community via some of its most famous names, Ranadive hired Stojaković as director of player personnel and development for the Sacramento Kings, which also involved serving as the General Manager for the Reno Bighorns, the Kings’ NBA Development League affiliate.
