In an era where big men and high-flying dunkers were glamorized much more than lethal sharpshooters, Glen Rice tends to fly under the radar of “best NBA players of the 1990’s,” even though he was one of the most gifted scorers in the game. In 1995, Rice won the NBA’s three-point shooting competition, and led the league in three-point shooting percentage in 1997.

In his post-playing days, Rice has taken up another sport: mixed martial arts (MMA). Specifically, Rice has taken up MMA fight promotion as owner of G-Force Fights based out of Miami, Florida. In 2008, he ran into legal trouble himself, after assaulting a man hiding in the closet of his estranged wife.
