There might not be a more infamous college football player in the history of the game than Brian Bosworth, often known as “The Boz” to fans and foes. Initially, Bosworth won over coaches and fans because he wasn’t the biggest or fastest athlete, yet he somehow continued to make plays for his team. But in his quest to become a better football player, he began using steroids. During the 1986 season, filled with his constant clashes with the NCAA, Bosworth tested positive for steroids, which led head coach Barry Switzer to kick him off the University of Oklahoma football team.
