Like the man he’ll forever be linked to in Michael Jordan, throughout his career, there were few things on the basketball court that Kobe Bryant was not one of the very best at.

As an athletic specimen coming out of high school, Bryant flashed an early glimpse at his incredible physical ability, throwing down a between-the-legs windmill dunk in the final round of the 1997 Slam Dunk Contest, and then almost pulling off a second one in his next attempt.
Even though he missed the second one, he still won the contest. Similar to Jordan, Bryant’s ability to use the dunk to intimidate and demoralize his opponents was simply lethal.
