Nowadays, O.J. Simpson is known more for his despicable actions off the field, but as a running back at USC, Simpson was a force to be reckoned with. A two-time All-American, O.J. Simpson became USC’s second Heisman Trophy winner in 1968 after rushing for a then-NCAA record 1,709 yards. Simpson tied or eclipsed 19 NCAA, conference and school records. In just two seasons with the Trojans, Simpson rushed for 3,423 yards, which ranks him fifth all-time in USC history. He went on to have a Hall of Fame NFL career, and later he had some small roles in movies and as a football analyst on TV.
