“The Mailman” spent 18 seasons as a member of the Utah Jazz, where he won two NBA MVP awards, went to two NBA Finals, and began his career that ended with him being the second-highest scoring player in the history of the NBA. To this day, he’s still considered one of the greatest power forwards of all time.

Shortly after playing his final season in the NBA with the Los Angeles Lakers, Malone became director of basketball promotion and assistant strength and conditioning coach at his alma mater. In 2013, Malone was hired by the Utah Jazz to work with the team’s big men.
