Tony Romo was a 3x All American, and 3x Ohio Valley Conference Player of the Year… and yet he was still undrafted. After signing with the Dallas Cowboys as a free agent, he spent his first two seasons as a holder. But after Drew Bledsoe suffered an injury in 2006, Romo became the next man up. That opportunity forever changed the course of his career, as Romo has kept the starting job in Dallas since that game in 2006. Romo has multiple Pro Bowl selections, to go along with the highest QB rating of any NFL quarterback in the 4th quarter since 2006. So much for Romo not being clutch! NFL Resume: 4x Pro Bowl, Dallas Cowboys career leader in Passing Yards and Passing Touchdowns.
