Rod Smith went undrafted after a decorated career at (tiny) Missouri Southern State University. Motivated by the fact he was snubbed on draft day, Smith made his mark early in the NFL. In 1995, his first NFL catch was a last-minute 43-yard touchdown from John Elway in a 38–31 win against the Washington Redskins. Smith eventually went from afterthought to the starting wide receiver in the Broncos back-to-back Super Bowl wins in 1997 and 1998. He finished his career with an induction into the Denver Broncos Ring of Fame. NFL Resume: 3x Pro Bowl, 2x All Pro, 2x Super Bowl Champion.
