This incident is very different than the others on this list. In this case, the ESPN employee was actually the alleged victim. Here’s the story… In 2009, videos of Erin Andrews were released online, which contained footage where she was nude in her own hotel room. A man named Michael David Barrett secretly filmed such footage a year prior, without her knowledge. A distraught Andrews filed a $ 75 million lawsuit against Barrett, Marriott International, and Radisson Hotels (the videos were filmed during two different stays by Andrews at those two hotels). In 2016, the jury awarded Andrews $55 million for her lawsuit.
