Jimmy Butler, Minnesota Timberwolves

Jimmy Butler fell off the map a bit this year, playing in the NBA outpost that is Minnesota, and getting somewhat overshadowed by the young “franchise player” on his new team (Karl-Anthony Towns). But Butler was once the guy on the Chicago Bulls that was entrusted with the role of checking LeBron James 1-on-1 when the great Bulls teams earlier this decade battled James and the Miami Heat for “alpha team” spot in the Eastern Conference. Butler is a deceptively good player in iso situations as well, meaning he’d be playing to his strengths going one on one with King James.
