In 2015, Stephen Curry evolved from a young, talented, but injury-prone shooter to one of the most lethal scorers the NBA has ever seen. Through the first three games of that season, in which he’d go on to unanimously win the MVP award, Curry became the first player since Michael Jordan in 1989–90 to score 118 points in the first three games of a season. Curry and the Golden State Warriors went on to win the NBA Championship that year, and Curry also went on to win the NBA MVP the following season.
