Vin Baker was a four-time NBA All-Star as a member of the Milwaukee Bucks and Seattle Supersonics during the mid-1990’s. But everything fell apart for him — like many other NBA players — during the 1998-1999 lockout. In that time away from the court, he eventually filled that time by drinking excessively. His weight ballooned to over 300lbs, and because of his alcohol abuse problems, he never regained that All-Star form. He spent his remaining seven years in the NBA being bounced around from four NBA teams.
