9. Carmelo Anthony
In early 2015, after months of “kicking tires” on Real Estate purchases, Carmelo Anthony finally pulled the trigger on an $11 million home in the Chelsea area of New York City. Melo picked up two separate apartments on the fifth floor, and combined them to create one massive apartment (4,556-square-feet) in one of the most expensive areas in Manhattan. The full-floor residence is inside architect/developer Cary Tamarkin’s super exclusive, 15-unit condo complex in the heart of New York City. Carmelo, and his wife LaLa, will have full access to the building’s enormous gym, private bike room, and courtyard with a state of the art barbeque station. Keep reading, one of Melo’s teammates will appear on this list later on.
