One of the first purchases “King Felix” made after signing his seven year, $175 million dollar deal was this stunning $3.2 million home in the Seattle area. Built in 2009, the home includes five bedrooms and 5,040 square feet of living space. While the size of the home might not blow you away, its amenities are top notch. The house features a large movie theater, wine room, four fireplaces, and it’s located right on Lake Washington. As nice as this mansion is, Hernandez is seeking something even more extravagant. In 2015, he listed the home for $3.8 million.
