Talk about consistency… Tom Izzo has led the Spartans to the NCAA tournament every year since 1998, including seven trips to the Final Four. To show their appreciation, MSU rewarded Izzo’s performance with a hefty salary of $4,006,955. That should lessen the blow of one of the most disappointing seasons in the program’s history. After capturing the Big Ten title, the Spartans (29-6) were a popular pick to win the National Championship. Unfortunately, Izzo and Sparty were upset in the first-round by No. 15 seed Middle Tennessee.
